Pepsi Center’s Blue Sky Grill is inspired by the Q Creek Ranch in Wyoming, capturing the unparalleled beauty found only in the Rocky Mountains.
Conveniently located in LoDo, Blue Sky Grill is open during major events at Pepsi Center.
Q Creek Ranch is a historic working cattle ranch three and a half hours north of Denver where herds of buffalo, elk, and antelope roam free on over a half-million acres of mountains, grasslands, and freshwater lakes. Blue Sky Grill evokes the comfortable, warm feel of an authentic 100-year-old lodge and reflects a love of all things Western.
The ceilings are built from reclaimed snow fencing from the plains of Wyoming.
The walls and support beams are constructed of fallen timber salvaged from the devastating Yellowstone National Park fires.
The extensive stonework, including the two grand fireplaces, was mined from a Colorado quarry and hand-stacked as it was 100 years ago. The floor planking was rescued from turn-of-the-century barns. Rustic iron and antler chandeliers light the historic paintings, hand-picked antiques, and original artifacts.
